In actual fact I read that SHS files are not supported by Vista or W7. After dragging the.shs file on the workbook (under XP) I have an image or ole object there, that indeed shows the content of the spreadsheet. I cannot find a way to transform this object back to a working spreadsheet. If I double click on the object the error code that comes up is: 'cannot activate source application for this object' (translation from dutch!).
