Or, to test this out, just drag an existing shortcut from the primary desktop onto the second monitor before launching. A more interesting question is how to do the above, and still have the app launch on the primary monitor. A less interesting question is, why anyone would want to launch from the second monitor, but still run on the primary monitor.
